Ingredients
- 100 g of cooking chocolate 70%
- 200 ml of coconut milk
- 100 g of flour
- 25 g of coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of rum
Preparation of the chocolate & coconut fondant cake
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, cut into pieces (careful that the bowl doesn’t touch the water underneath
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the coconut sugar until you obtain a homogeneous texture
- Add the coconut milk to the melted chocolate and mix well. Then add the flour and baking powder and stir well until you have a smooth mixture
- Pour the batter into a buttered pan
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Serve warm
# Tip : To add a little crunch and a decorative touch, sprinkle your cake with grated coconut!
