Coconut Chia Pudding with Cinnamon

This is an easy recipe with coconut milk that you can enjoy for breakfast, as a snack or for dessert!



  1. Pour the coconut milk into a large container. Add the cinnamon, coconut sugar and the zest of one lemon. Mix
  2. Add the Chia seeds. 
  3. Stir well to distribute the seeds evenly and prevent them from forming a block.
  4. Divide the mixture between the glasses. 
  5. Set the mixture aside in the refrigerator for several hours, or even overnight, to obtain asmooth creamy texture.

Tip : Serve with baked apples or sprinkle with almonds and walnuts!
