For 1 mug :
- 200 ml coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 level teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1 pinch ginger powder
- In a stainless steel pan, slowly heat the coconut milk without boiling it.
- As soon as the milk is simmering, add the turmeric, coconut sugar, cinnamon, pepper and ginger.
- Whisk and serve.
Tip : For more creaminess and mousse, blend the preparation in a blender.
