What is coconut water ?
Coconut water is the natural content of still-young, green coconuts. It is a hydrating and energising vegetable drink.
La Maison du Coco’s organic coconut water is packaged at the place of harvest, in a recyclable Tetra Pak® to preserve all its nutrients. It is as if you were consuming it from a freshly opened organic coconut !
How to use it ?
Very mild in taste, coconut water can be consumed plain, or used to enhance fruit cocktails and vegetable juices, with or without alcohol. It’s great in smoothies, too…
It is neither sweet nor calorific; consuming 500ml of coconut water every day covers your potassium needs (192 mg/100 ml) within the framework of a balanced diet.
