Seasonal fruit smoothie with coconut

A refreshing drink, quick and easy to prepare, to drink at breakfast, as a snack and why not to replace dessert!


For 2 people:

Preparation of the Seasonal fruit smoothie with coconut

  1. For a fresh smoothie, place the coconut milk in the refrigerator for about 1 hour beforehand.
  2. Rinse, peel and cut the fruit.
  3. Put the fruit in a blender. Add the milk and possibly the coconut sugar.
  4. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  5. Pour, decorate with a few mint leaves.

# Tip : To bring more fiber, you can add 1 level teaspoon of organic coconut flour!
